it’s That time of the year again. where i dust off all the incomplete drafts i never got around to finishing this year and post them daily as little treats to my darling readers. i am sorry that this year has definitely not panned out creatively for me but i hope you don’t feel like your readership was a bad investment! hopefully the extremely sporadic but painfully thoroughly researched and linked coverage of pop culture nonsense made some of your days lighter. this was easily the worst year of my life! i think i had maybe three good days total this year. maybe. i have always been a bit cursed (still wishing for my ella enchanted moment to find the witch i pissed off) but this year had me wondering more than ever whether or not i was in some sort of truman show because of one comically timed disaster after the other. but the one bit i kept circling the drain about was a breakup i never saw coming. honestly there is not nearly enough media about how to deal with a best friend breakup.…
