1. there are a few times in your life where something happens that feels like it changes you on a molecular level. seeing beyoncé’s self directed renaissance concert film did that for me. not even seeing queen bey live throughout the years rocked me to my core the way this film did. i have loved this woman for my entire life. i felt the same way watching this as i did reading britney spears’s book. this woman has given us so much and she has finally started to give back to herself. inspiring. moving. love. gratitude. joy. bliss. hope.

2. speaking of britney spears, she definitely makes the list for her instagram content. definitely worth sticking around for. i know armchair psychologists love to try to pick apart her goofy posts, but i see someone who is truly free. she has survived so much and made it through to the other side. she may be the only person on al gore’s internet that is truly posting solely for herself. and i am seated for every post! i know i said celebs need to mind the bus…
