been looking into The Void and unfortunately it has been looking back

i have always had a hard time separating the art from the artist. despite growing up in the south (all the budget went into sports instead of ANY drama or arts programs), i do see the merit and understand the daniel day lewis approach to creating art and how important its creation is. i have spent 2/3 of my life playing sports and my years as a ballerina made me ultra competitive so i apply a competitive filter to every aspect of life. i understand wanting to be The Best at everything you do. and yet despite worshipping that quality in mariah carey (who recently walked the great wall of china in high heels), i always resented it in my favourite actress aka the artist formerly known as jennifer lopez. despite adoring her acting roles, there was Something about the block’s jenny that prevented me from stanning! perhaps it was the diddy of it all, the ASHANTI of it all, or how 99% of people have awful stories/experiences interacting with her. i think the way you treat customer service wo…
