i cannot even begin to form words in any language that would describe the experience of consuming wicked by gregory maguire. mostly because an elderly man read it to me on the official audiobook which was its own bonechilling experience. i would actually do anything to forget the words that i heard so all i will say on the matter is do not read it. it is the two girls one cup of literature. you think you want to be included in the group experience of being in the know but you regret it immediately. just casual freak pervert shit going on at all times…even between a mother and child. i have never truly been a wicked girly but i have a whole new appreciation for stephen schwartz and winnie holzman for making such a beautiful play from that gutter trash! and i know that i gave the film a rave review but i have seen it three (and counting) more times since then which brings me to my biggest gripe of all…
